Appointments

• Appointments are by booking only
• Please arrive on time — late arrivals may result in a shortened service
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled

No Shows

• No-shows impact small businesses
• Any future bookings may require full payment upfront

Preparation

• Clients are responsible for following the tan prep instructions provided
• Results may be affected if prep guidelines are not followed
• Refunds are not offered due to poor prep or aftercare

Health & Skin Conditions

• Please disclose any pregnancy, skin conditions, allergies, or medications prior to your appointment
• If you are unsure whether spray tanning is suitable, please consult your healthcare professional

Refunds

• Due to the nature of the service, no refunds are offered
• If you are unhappy with your result, please contact us within 24 hours so we can assess and assist where possible
